We have been part of the Alimentazione Fuori Casa Project of the Associazione Italiana Celiachia (Eating Out Project of the Italian Celiac Association) since 2005, and were the only hotel in the northern Adriatic with gluten-free food for years.
Our great experience and knowledge are a guarantee of safety, genuineness and variety for all those guests who have particular dietary needs.
Our cooks personally prepare all the gluten-free foods: bread, gnocchi, lasagna, cannelloni and our sweets are made homemade daily with naturally gluten-free ingredients and zero contamination from other foods.
Safety first!! Celiacs won’t have to feel “different” at our restaurant, because they will have the same variety in choice as other guests, selecting their favourite foods from the daily menu which will be made according to their dietary needs, and can also enjoy the buffet of salads and starters as well as a separate breakfast buffet.
We pay close attention to details: their bread basket is covered and easily distinguished, and gluten-free dishes are marked with a flag to avoid any risk of confusion by the wait staff.
Even on special nights, special attention is always paid to our celiac patients, who always have a dedicated area.
Our philosophy is that everyone deserves a great, worry-free vacation, and so we do our best to help those who have problems with allergies, food intolerance or require special diets, making them feel pampered and, why not, a little spoiled!
