How can I book a room?
Do I have to pay a deposit? … and what amount?
Yes, we will ask you for a deposit in order to hold your reservation, equal to approximately 20% of the total amount of your stay. You will receive a final confirmation of the reservation upon receipt of the deposit.
What time can I arrive at the hotel?
Rooms are accessible from 12:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. Our guests can also arrive in the morning and take advantage of the beach services while leaving their luggage with the hotel’s reception.
Is the reception always open?
The reception is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, otherwise our night porter is available.
How can I pay?
We accept payments from bank cards, Visa or MasterCard or cash. We also accept advance payments by wire transfer. We do not accept cheques.
What time are the rooms cleaned?
Room cleaning is done daily from 09:00 to 14:00.
Is the car park attended?
Our private car park adjacent to the hotel is monitored via CCTV. We also have some places in a nearby garage (about 900 m). The price for parking is always included in the total cost for your stay. In hotel there is a charging point for electric cars.
When can I have breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 11:30.
How far is the beach from the Hotel and what services are included?
Our private beach is 20 metres from the Hotel and the guests of each room are entitled to a spot on the beach with an umbrella and two sun loungers, included in the price of your stay. The hotel also has two changing rooms. From June to September there is also entertainment for adults and children at Beach Village.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, but only small ones. For your little four-legged friend, we only ask for a cleaning fee of € 5.00 per day. Access to the dining room and the beach is forbidden.
There are dog-friendly beaches about 1 km from our hotel: one is free and empty, and the other is paid and offers many services.
