Our restaurant is our best feature. Taking care of our guests is the hotel staff’s mission, especially our cooks, led by the expert Chef Omar Simionato. Each day they prepare fresh and genuine fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, ranging from regional specialties to international ones.

High quality, freshness and select ingredients compose our varied daily menus where you will find fish, meat, light and other more elaborate dishes, all enriched by a wide buffet of side dishes and vegetables.
For us, dessert is a pleasant ending to the meal, and that’s why our chefs prepare homemade cakes, cookies and sweets every day.
Periodically our kitchen will delight you with wonderful themed evenings: an aperitif with appetizers, cheese tastings, fish specialties or a dessert or fruit buffet.
Our wines also deserve mention: our cellar contains a selection of labels that meet certain features we have defined as essential, including typicality, provenance and price/value ratio.
